Mixed Nut Butter
400g whole raw mixed nuts (eg cashews, macadamia, hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts
2 teaspoons
3/4 teaspoon
60g macadamia oil
Place nuts, sugar and salt into a food processor, blender or thermomix and blend (Thermomix 30 sec/speed 9)
Add oil and blend further (Thermomix 30 sec/speed 9)
Scrape down the side of the bowl and blend further (Thermomix 5 sec/speed5) until you reach the desired consistency. Add extra oil as needed, this will depend on the nuts you use.
Transfer into an airtight container or glass jar and store in the fridge for up to 1 month.
Use as needed
